Championship golf, sea air, and space to breathe.
Designed with playability in mind, The Headland Course offers a memorable round of golf in one of Cornwall’s most dramatic coastal settings. With wide fairways, gentle contours, and far-reaching views across the Atlantic, it’s ideal for casual players, families, and mixed-ability groups looking to enjoy links golf at a more relaxed pace. No tee bookings are required, just roll up and pay and play by visiting the golf shop.
Perched high above Constantine Bay, The Headland Course was crafted by Peter Alliss and opened in 1993 — its nine holes woven around the dramatic Cornish headland, where sea views and golden dunes meet. With par-35 spanning just over 3,000 yards, its generous fairways, subtle bunkering, and well-draining greens offer a satisfying challenge for all levels.
What makes this course special isn’t just the scenery; it’s the design. Alliss designed it to be fun yet strategic — ideal for a meaningful warm-up, a scenic family round, or a quick solo game. Playable in under two hours, but rich in character, it’s a course that stands on its own. No booking is required, we operate a roll up and pay and play tee sheet. If you’re seeking a true coastal links golfing experience in under 2 hours this is the place.
