Role Overview
- Lead sections during prep and service
- Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency
- Support menu development and seasonal dishes
- Train and support junior team members
- Manage stock, orders, and daily kitchen operations
About You
- 3+ years’ kitchen experience (2+ at CDP level or above)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Passion for quality, seasonal food
- Calm under pressure and team-focused
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene

Food & Beverage Assistant
Full-time | Permanent | Trevose, Cornwall
We’re looking for Front of House team members to join our Food & Beverage team, working across both restaurant and bar service. This is a guest-facing role where personality, attention to detail, and a natural sense of hospitality are key.
You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for members and guests — whether serving a relaxed lunch, a busy bar, or an evening service.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing food and drink service across restaurant and bar areas
- Managing your section to ensure it is clean, stocked, and ready for service
- Building product knowledge and confidently recommending items to guests
- Supporting service preparation and setup
- Maintaining high standards of service and presentation at all times
- Contributing to a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
- Following all health & safety and operational procedures
- Assisting with bookings and general front of house organisation where required
