The junior section of the club has had an extremely successful season. Popular lessons with Gemma encouraged them to enter the golf Sixes competition against other clubs in the county.

Six competitors playing in pairs enjoyed other courses and meeting other young players. Different players were chosen for each course giving everyone a chance to participate.

Trevose came out in top position after beating teams from St Enodoc, St Austell, Carlyon Bay & St Mellion.

Amelia and Ollie Richards entered the Cornwall Junior Mini Tour, again playing against competitors from all over Cornwall. The final at Carlyon Bay brought success to them both with Amelia coming third (one point away from being runner up) and Ollie was the 2023 Champion in the Golf Access category.

Chris is now taking the lessons for the juniors at Trevose on a Sunday morning and this gives them all the chance to work towards achieving their handicap using the Golf Access system.
