Black Friday – Trevose Golf & Country Club

1. Offer Validity

1.1. This offer provides a 25% discount on accommodation bookings made during the Black Friday promotion period only: 29th November – 2nd December 2024.

1.2. The promotion is valid for stays at Trevose Golf & Country Club between 29th November 2024 – 28th November 2025, excluding restricted periods outlined in Section 2.

1.3. This offer applies to new bookings only. Changes to existing bookings are not permitted.

1.4. This offer is only redeemable via phone or email.

2. Exclusions

2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

2.2. This offer does not apply during the following periods:

• Any restrictions put in place by Trevose Golf & Country Club.
• Competition dates hosted at Trevose Golf & Country Club.
• National holidays, school half-term periods, and summer holidays.

2.3. Blocked dates may vary and are at the sole discretion of management.

3. Booking & Payment

3.1. Full payment for accommodation is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

3.2. Bookings made under this promotion are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Modification & Cancellation

4.1. Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be modified to include alternative dates or discounts.

4.2. No cancellations, refunds, or changes will be permitted under any circumstances, including force majeure or extenuating circumstances.

4.3. Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the full payment.

5. General Conditions

5.1. This offer applies exclusively to accommodation bookings and cannot be combined with other discounts, packages, or promotions.

5.2. Management reserves the right to refuse bookings if the terms and conditions are not adhered to.

5.3. Guests agree to comply with all property rules and guidelines during their stay by proceeding with a booking under this promotion.

6. Right to Amend or Withdraw Offer

6.1. Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

6.2. Guests are strongly advised to take out cancellation holiday insurance.

7. Liability

7.1. Management is not responsible for any losses or additional costs incurred due to restrictions, exclusions, or changes applicable to this promotion.

7.2. By booking under this offer, guests agree to these terms and conditions in full.
