The picturesque port of Padstow is only 4 miles away, nestled on the beautiful Camel Estuary. With many good shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes this bustling fishing town is full of character and historical interest. Home to Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant and Seafood School Padstow has much to offer, including water sports, fishing trips, speedboat rides, sea cruises and even crazy golf.

Another ‘must see’ is the Eden Project, which nestles in two vast greenhouses, (BIOMES). Voted Project of the Decade (2006) these spectacular buildings house plants, crops and landscapes from the humid tropics and warm temperate regions and act as a backdrop to the temperate landscape, the outdoor BIOME.
