Neil worked at Merlin Golf Club for 7 years before joining the Trevose team in 2009. As well as representing Cornwall at cricket he has excelled in the world of course management. In 2012, whilst completing his studies at Duchy College, he was selected as a National Finalist in the Toro Student Greenkeeper Of The Year, reaching the final six in the UK. Later that year he was appointed as Jon Wood’s deputy at Trevose, under whose guidance he gained the experience and expertise to succeed Jon as our Course Manager.
Under his leadership and tutorage the team hope to provide you with the best possible ‘Links’ experience. As with any golf course there are, from time to time changes that need to be made, and maintenance programs that need to be put in place. In order to minimise any inconvenience or, worse still, any unwelcome surprises all current and future plans for proposed improvements and maintenance will be posted in Course Notices.
