Trevose Golf and Country Club was founded in 1925. Designed by Harry Colt it ranks as one of the top links golf courses in the British Isles.

As proud host of The Brabazon Trophy (2008), The McGregor Trophy (2012), the English Men’s County Finals (2017) and the European Legends Links Championship, Trevose offers a unique golfing experience 12 months of the year.

The facilities include the Harry Colt designed 18 hole Championship Course, two further 9 hole course’s and extensive practice facilities.

In recent years, the Club has invested in an ambitious seven year course overhaul with Golf Course Architects, Mackenzie & Ebert, to further enhance our reputation as a Club seeking to progress and improve.

We are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Greenkeeper to join our experienced team. Working under the direction of the Course Manager and his Deputy, the candidate will need to possess the following experience, qualifications, and skills:

• 2 years minimum green keeping experience

• NVQ/SVQ level 2 or equivalent

• PA1, PA2 and PA6 spraying qualifications advantageous but not essential

• Links experience would be advantageous but not essential

• Knowledge/experience of golf course construction and irrigation systems

• Experience of the preparation and operation of greenkeeping machinery

• Full driving license
