Introducing Andrew Durham, Head Chef of Constantine

We are delighted to welcome acclaimed chef, Andrew Durham, as our new Head Chef of Constantine Restaurant.

Andrew’s cuisine is bright, bold and impactful producing dishes that will excite your taste buds and ensure every experience is a memorable one. An incredibly passionate and creative chef, he has devoted his life to the pursuit of good food.

Commenting on his new role at Constantine, and his vision for the cuisine at the Club, Andrew said,

“I am very excited to be taking the helm of the kitchen and bringing a new and exciting cuisine to such a stunning location. It’s a real pleasure to be welcomed into such an amazing team and I am very much looking forward to working together to fulfil the potential of Constantine and Trevose.”

Andrew spent his early career traveling the world, soaking up influences from Europe, Asia & the Americas. A chef with many accolades, Andrew became a household name after appearing on BBCs MasterChef: The Professionals where he received high praise from the judges.

Andrew is passionate about the ethical treatment of our environment and community. To that end his focus is on sustainability and sourcing local produce. He is also committed to respecting the beautiful natural produce of Cornwall by reducing our waste to zero.
