Introducing Andrew Durham, Head Chef of Constantine
We are delighted to welcome acclaimed chef, Andrew Durham, as our new Head Chef of Constantine Restaurant.
Andrew’s cuisine is bright, bold and impactful producing dishes that will excite your taste buds and ensure every experience is a memorable one. An incredibly passionate and creative chef, he has devoted his life to the pursuit of good food.

Andrew spent his early career traveling the world, soaking up influences from Europe, Asia & the Americas. A chef with many accolades, Andrew became a household name after appearing on BBCs MasterChef: The Professionals where he received high praise from the judges.
Andrew is passionate about the ethical treatment of our environment and community. To that end his focus is on sustainability and sourcing local produce. He is also committed to respecting the beautiful natural produce of Cornwall by reducing our waste to zero.
