J Robert Miller had two no-scores on the back nine holes, but he went on to win round 14 of the Bennett Cup at Trevose with 39 Stableford points. Joe Reynard and Mark Grootz tied for second and third on 38 points, although Reynard had four birdies in his round of 70, and Grootz had two eagle threes’ in his round of 69.
P & H Jacobs won Sunday’s better-ball Stableford with 43 points from P Wilkinson & J Gay and Mr & Mrs M Haigh on 42 points.
