Carl Burley (pic opposite), scratch, shot a one over par 72 for 34 Stableford points in last Sunday’s competition to overcome Finn Maquire by just one point. Jeremy Longley won round 13 of the Victoria Cup with 37 points on count-back from Ian Colwill, with Michael Bennett in third place on 36 points. Henry Woods took first place in round 13 of the Harlyn Cup on 38 points with Michael Wigley second and three players tying for third place on 36 points. After a count-back, Merv Hegarty secured third place.
